Terms and Conditions for Raffles by up to data GmbH

  1. Organizer and Scope

The organizer of the raffles is up to data GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”). These terms and conditions apply to all contests conducted by up to data GmbH, unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual cases.

  1. Eligibility
  • Eligible participants are individuals aged 18. 
  • Employees of up to data GmbH, affiliated companies, and their relatives are excluded from participation. 
  • Participation through automated mass procedures (e.g., contest clubs) is prohibited.

  1. Participation
  • Participation is free of charge and requires the complete provision of the requested data. 
  • By participating, the participant accepts these terms and conditions. 
  • False information may lead to disqualification. 
  • The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons in case of suspected manipulation or violation of the terms and conditions.

  1. Implementation and Processing
  • Winners are determined by random selection. 
  • Winners will be notified at the respective trade fair appearance (alternatively via email). 
  • Cash payment or transfer of prizes is not possible. 
  • Only one prize per participant is possible.

  1. Data Protection
  • The personal data provided will be collected and processed for the purpose of conducting the contest. 
  • By participating, the participant agrees that in the event of winning, their name may be published. 
  • Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.

  1. Consent to Advertising Purposes
  • By participating, the participant consents to receive information for market research purposes and direct advertising via email. 
  • This consent can be revoked at any time by sending an email to datenschutz[at]uptodata.com without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation.

  1. Liability
  • The Organizer is only liable for damages based on intent or gross negligence. 
  • No liability is assumed for technical disruptions, especially in the transmission of data.

  1. Miscellaneous
  • The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the contest at any time without prior notice. 
  • The legal process is excluded. 
  • German law applies.
