Download the software and execute it without any installation process on your Mircosoft-Windows PC. Our support staff will be able to assist you immediately on your problem.

You don't have to take special precausions regarding your network (i.e. firewall,..) because this software is using the standard HTTP-Protocol for communication with us. Any information send is using a 1024 Bit RSA Key Exchange and 256 Bit AES Session Encoding secured communication channel.
